Mission

• Build a creative wonderland that sits on top of a regenerative farm that supports artists and creators of all different backgrounds, the Happy Goat community, and the greater web3 community at large
• Create a new, better nonprofit model using web3 technology as a backbone
  • replace traditional donations with:
  • NFTs that provide value as art, as utility (access), and that give ownership (DAO)
  • simple donations via ETH and alternate cryptocurrencies
• Introduce people to philanthropy via creativity, art, and experiences that bring awareness and affect change to the climate crisis and food justice without being preach

Genesis NFT Project

• Pieces of generative art that serve as art and as membership to the entire Happy Goat ecosystem
  • collaborations, airdrops, and allow lists for follow up collections
  • merch drops
  • events, workshops, and parties off-property (NFT NYC, Metaverse Miami, etc)
  • regular member days at Happy Goat (starting late Spring / early summer 2022)
  • first access to tickets for Happy Goat special events (limited availability)
  • token-gated access to reservations at Happy Goat’s resort (TBD)
  • governance over certain nonprofit aspects (fund allocation, carbon credits, etc)

The Physical Space

• 2000 acres right by Yosemite National Park in Mariposa, CA
  • by car 4.5 hours north of LA, 3 hours east of SF
  • property sits next to small, private airport
• Two barns
  • 8K sq feet and 6k sq feet
  • Larger barn will house creative space, recording studio, multi-use gathering space, etc, for our members and community
  • Smaller barn houses animals and farm equipment, small gym
• Resort style pool and cabanas
• Outdoor art exhibition space
  • Bridging metaverse and IRL with outdoor installations and sculptures
• Hiking and biking trails and multiple outdoor experience areas
  • food forest, rose garden, wellness trail, etc - ideas welcome
• Animal sanctuary
  • hosts multiple experiences with animals and is home to our animal rescues
